At Mavericks Solutions FZ LLC, we take pride in delivering high-quality business management consultancy, SEO, and advertising services. Our goal is to ensure client satisfaction through professional work, transparent communication, and measurable results.

However, due to the nature of our services—which involve time, strategy, and digital execution refunds are handled according to the terms below.

1. Service-Based Refunds

Because our services are customized for each client, all payments made for consultancy, SEO, or advertising services are generally non-refundable once the work has begun.

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

• A clear and documented service error or failure to deliver agreed-upon deliverables (as outlined in the signed agreement or proposal).

• A project cancellation request made before any work has started and within 7 days of payment.

 

2. Deposits and Retainers

Any upfront deposit or retainer paid to secure services is non-refundable, as it covers administrative preparation and resource allocation.

 

3. Digital Advertising Campaigns

Payments made for digital advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) that have already been launched or scheduled cannot be refunded, as these funds are often paid directly to third-party platforms on your behalf.

 

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients wishing to cancel ongoing services must provide written notice. Depending on the agreement, cancellation may take effect after a defined notice period. Any completed work up to the cancellation date remains billable.

 

5. Dispute Resolution

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us in writing with full details of your concern. We will review each case individually and aim to resolve disputes fairly and efficiently.
